Three versions: 1) 380 regular copies in double-sided 14"x7" cover with GG and Disco Lepers sides on the front, collage on the back, & printed insert with lyrics, etc. 2) 100 copies version: as regular version but also with 16"x12" folding poster and 2 stickers (GG Allin and Disco Lepers). Hand-numbered limitation sticker (numbered from 1 to 100) to plain white record bag 3) 20 copies version: contains everything as in other versions but hand-numbered limitation sticker is numbered from 1 to 20, and poster is fully signed by Disco Lepers.
